"Craig David - Don't Love You No More (I'm Sorry)"

today i went to see my buddy, WenYao, with his band mates performing for the closing ceremony of Nanyang Arts Academy.. they were asked to play five numbers and it was held at a really great place just outside of Toa Payoh mrt and Toa Payoh bus interchange, a place of bustling shopping center filled with people walking around.. was quite surprised to notice that City Harvest Community Service also perform there.. three piece band with one playing er-hu, djambe, and semi-acoustic guitar really ligthen up the atmosphere.. then there were hip-hop dancers from two different groups, very interesting.. and before WenYao and his buddy went up for their turn i got another surprise.. our CHC's StrikeForce was there to perform!! it was a great performance once again.. they close with the colorful drum beating to the overflowing of water.. and then came my friends group.. they had to set up for about 5 minutes or so.. was introduced as BlackForest.. throughout the songs, WenYao really gave a spectacular performances with his guitar solo and licks (i think).. overall, it was good from where i stand.. i could hear everything even though there were couple of technical problems during the performances.. hope to catch them in action sometime soon.. cheers..

note: as a good judge myself (i reckon i can be; like one of those Idol judges) i will reserve some comments for WenYao regarding how he had performed.. i tell you, i can be critical too.. watch out Simon Cowell..

Sitting on the Fence
Author Unknown - Adapted

There was an large group of people assembled. On one side of the group stood Jesus. On the other side of the group stood Satan. Separating them, running through the group was a fence.

Both Jesus and Satan began calling to the people in the group and, one by one, each having made up his or her mind went to either Jesus or Satan.

Eventually Jesus had gathered around him a number of people from the group, as had Satan. One man joined neither group. He climbed the fence that was between Jesus and Satan and sat on it. Then Jesus and the people who had chosen to be with Him left. So also did Satan and his people.

The man on the fence sat alone.

As this man sat there, Satan came back and appeared to be looking for something that he'd lost.

The man said, "Have you lost something?"

Satan looked straight at him and replied, "No, there you are. Come with me."

"But," said the man, "I am sitting on the fence. I chose neither you nor Jesus."

"That's okay," said Satan. "I own the fence."

In reality, there is no middle ground, no fence to sit on! If you do not chose to follow and obey Jesus you have chosen Satan as your father. One of the two groups is headed for heaven. The other is headed for the Lake of Fire. Which group are you in?

note: DON'T sit on the fence!!
